Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") carefully before using Hanoi Capital website (the "Website") and booking our services. This Agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the Website and your interactions with Hanoi Capital Travel.

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using the Website.

2. Booking and Reservation

a. Booking Confirmation: All bookings made through the Website are subject to availability and confirmation by Hanoi Capital. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.

b. Payment: You agree to make full payment for the reservation as per the rates and terms provided at the time of booking. Payment methods accepted by our side will be communicated during the booking process.

c. Cancellation and Modification: Cancellation and modification policies may vary depending on the room type, rate, and specific dates of your reservation. Please refer to the booking confirmation email or contact The One Hostel directly for detailed information.

Almost free for the children under 5 years old, shared seat & sleeper bed with parents, incurred costs: paid by parents at the destinations

75% for the children from 5 to under 9 years old

100% for children from 9 years old and above

Superior: 2 star hotel, cruise

Deluxe: 3 star hotel, cruise

Luxury: 3 or 4 star hotel, 4 star cruise

It depends on the different services (not used for Visa Services, flight and train tickets, Private Tours):

Free cancellation within 10 days and above

75% would be charged within 7 to under 10 days

100% would be charged under 7 days for any cancellation

You will get full refund if the weather is bad (storm, flood, etc), you can not enjoy the trip (not used for Visa Services, flight and train tickets, Private Tours)
No, It has not We highly recommended that passengers have their own insurance to fight against any illness, injury, loss/damage to personal belongings and not be able to travel as their plan
